The Cotton Pads Cycle Pack is ideal for:
- mild to moderate urinary incontinence
What's In the Cotton Cycle Pack?
Our Cotton Pads Cycle Pack contains:
- 2 light pads
- 2 medium pads
- 2 heavy pads
- Plus one additional wing liner insert to use as additional padding on heavier days.
** A wing liner insert is a single layer of hemp fleece that can be used alone in an outer case or in tandem with a towel insert for an extra layer of hemp fleece absorbency.
Each pad includes:
- The outer case, including the wings with strong plastic snap studs
- Plus the red hemp fleece towel insert - L, M or H. If you would prefer natural coloured towel inserts, please leave a note on your order at checkout.
The different pad sizes are for lighter and heavier flow. See our sizing guide for more information.
Our 2-piece pads give you a choice of thinner pads to thicker pads to meet your changing needs.
Covering Your Needs
This pack covers your entire cycle. A woman with average flow needs at least 6 pads. In addition some pads can be washed and dried to use again during that cycle.
You may like to add some single pads of various sizes if your flow is fuller, such as the extra large pads which are a longer, 'Super' pad (ie. a towel insert that gives 4 layers of absorbency).
Please note in your order, in 'Delivery Details' at the checkout, if you'd like to alter the sizes in your Cycle pack, we'll be happy to help you tailor the pack to your needs.

C.D. from Victoria says of RadPads:
"...Many moons ago (around 144 of them, give or take a few blue moons), I became aware of the benefits of reusable sanitary items in preference to disposables. .... Finding washable cloth pads ...was fantastic. I felt that cloth was more in tune with my needs and the planet’s needs, and it was certainly more wallet-friendly.
My original pads are still going strong. Despite the wear and tear they now exhibit after a decade of service I’m not ready to retire them yet."
If you have any questions, please contact us to discuss your needs. We'll help you choose the pads to suit as closely as possible your individual needs.
