Returns Policy

MyPads are made by hand in Australia to a specific quality which we have found over the years results in extremely durable products.

If you have any problems with your MyPads products, please don't hesitate to contact us so we can assist you and authorise a product return if needed.

If our products are not what you were looking for, let us know as soon as possible and we will gladly refund your money or exchange to a more appropriate product for up to 60 days from the date of purchase.

Your new cloth pads should be washed before use.

If you think they might not be right for you, please try just one pad ie. wash and use one pad rather than a whole pack.

If you then want to request a refund or exchange, then we will arrange for you to return only the unused pads.

Please note:

  • As these are personal care products, only unused products can be returned.
  • We cannot guarantee exchange or refund of multiple used pads that have been washed or used.
  • Lunette Cups cannot be accepted for refund or exchange, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
  • When we confirm a refund or exchange of products, we will send a postage-paid parcel bag to you so you can return your purchase to us.
  • We will return funds to you via the credit card or PayPal account you used to make your original purchase.
