MyPads Cotton and Hemp pads are ideal for:
- mild to moderate urinary incontinence
What size do I need?
The different pad sizes are for lighter and heavier flow. The removable towel insert allows you to tailor the pad to suit the amount of flow you are managing at the time.
Simply insert the folded towel into the case according to your absorbency needs at the time e.g. Light for light flow days, Heavy for for your heaviest flow days.
Look for our longer XL pads for Super absorbency.
Please see our sizing guide for more information.
Each pad includes:
- The outer case, including the wings with strong plastic snap studs. The base layer is hemp fleece; the upper, worn against your body, is soft cotton jersey
- Plus the hemp fleece towel insert - L, M or H.

Suzanne writes of MyPads (formerly RadPads):
"As I approach the final crossroads on my menstrual path I want to thank you. I have been using RadPads for years and love how they slipped into my life so seamlessly to ease the hassle and discomfort I had thought 'normal'. I am now recuperating from a hysterectomy and have pulled out my colourful friends for the last time as they assist in my recovery. Thank you for a wonderful product. They have made such a positive difference to my life and I recommend them whenever the subject pops up. Thank you!" (Suzanne Hull)

Fantastic purchaseBy: Adele Fisher on 12 June 2019I recently purchased MyPads for light bladder leakage. I was really worried about using disposable liners and pads each day from an environmental perspective. I was excited but I had been not sure how they would go. I tried them at home first and was initially worried they might feel too bulky. They were perfect! I have worn them every day since. I keep a delicates bag handy to put them in at the end of the day and then just pop them in the wash (separated into sections). Once washed they are easy to just get them ready for their next use. I am a convert completely!
Cloth padsBy: Tina on 5 January 2019I bought my cloth Rad Pads 23 years ago and they are still going strong. What amazing value for money, and more importantly, environmental savings. I rinse them in the shower and then put them through an ordinary wash, so I'm not using any extra water. I have recently bought cloth My Pads for both of my daughters.
Comfy and economicalBy: Fiona on 11 July 2017I've been using the cotton pads for the last 10 years. They are so much more comfortable than store-bought pads and not to mention economical. They are great value for money. It feels good to be helping the environment also by not using disposable products.
